What Kind of Businesses are in Broken Arrow?
There is a diversified range of businesses in Broken Arrow in a wide range of industries. The city ranks 3rd in Oklahoma’s manufacturer count, a few of which are:

Flight Safety International has called Broken Arrow home since 1985. They design and build aviation crew training devices (Flight Simulators) at its Simulation Systems Division. At one point, there were almost 700 employees with half being engineers. It is the city’s largest private employer.
Other new commercial developments in Broken Arrow are located on Oklahoma State Highway 51. A Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World serves as the anchor for development which has hotels, restaurants, and shopping, as well as some offices. There is a full-service hospital with medical offices built around it and in 2011, Dick's Sporting Goods opened.
The Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation was established in 2011 to help oversee economic development.In 2007, "Advance Broken Arrow" was started by the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce to develop an economic development campaign to bring more growth to the city.
