Not every pet situation can be solved with carpet cleaning alone. If you suspect the problem has gone down into the backing or carpet pad, please notify us at the time of scheduling. Doing so will prepare our technicians to inspect the carpeting and advise you of any additional treatments or restoration that may be needed.
Restoration involves removing and installing new carpet pad and tack strip while treating the subflooring, backing, and baseboards with a sanitizer. This process works well for confined areas but does not justify cost if it is needed throughout much of your home.
